Name One Good Leader

Hello Everybody, Frank here.

A friend of mine recently sent me an article about how we as Americans will stand up to the left wanting to take our guns. This was my response to him.

This may not set well with a lot of people, but here is what I think. Most Americans will not fight. They have become too fat, lazy and stupid. A small example. TSA gropes our wives and children everyday. What do we do? Nothing. Imagine, a government agent, while smiling at you, has his hands all over your teenage girl. When I was a teenager I would have died for that opportunity. Now, some sleaze ball government employee is paid to do it and look at you while he is fondling our daughters and wives. We as a nation are fat, lazy and stupid. We will never fight. Something has got to change, otherwise we are destined for failure.

In the following article, Fern and I were trying to find one good leader, anywhere, and this was three and a half years ago. Have things improved? No. Not even close. I hope you enjoy the article, it is from our past, but it is still extremely relevant today.

Frank and I were having a discussion over lunch today involving the immigrant invasion in Europe. Frank asked me how the leaders of these countries could continue to make such poor decisions. Decisions that will ultimately lead to the demise of their countries and populations. My response? Name one good leader of one country in the world. We couldn't think of any.

Name one leader that is making sound financial decisions.

Name one leader that is protecting the rights and freedoms of the citizens.

Name one country that is making decisions that are boosting free enterprise and the independent businessman.

Name one country that is providing healthy food that is not laced with pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and GMO poison producing seeds.

Name one country that has enough jobs.

Name one country that has maintained it's infrastructure so that it can withstand the onslaught of population growth.

Name one country that can produce enough food to feed it's people.

Name one country that can withstand a major cyber attack of it's electrical grid, financial institutions or military infrastructure.

Name one country that gets along with all the other countries.

Name one leader that is not a power hungry, control freak.

Name one country where the freedom of the people has increased instead of decreased over the last decade.

Name one country where bigotry and hatred has not increased over the last few years.

Name one country where privacy has not been given away in the name of protection and security.

Name one country where the leaders have not done all in their power to disarm the populace.

Name one country where the government doesn't have an us against them (the people) attitude.

Name one...........

I wish we could.

Where does this leave us? We have yet to find out, but it won't be long. It really doesn't matter who the leaders are anymore. They all belong to the same club, drive the same cars, eat the same food and spout the same mantra. Some of them try to put their own special, personal twist on the message, but it's all the same. Everything else is a distraction. You have to dig down really deep to get beyond all of the everyday lies and deception to see what is happening to the world. What you uncover is unbelievable, gets worse every minute of every day, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do but watch it unfold and try to prepare for a survival scenario of unknown origin. Don't be fooled by the stupidity and distractions placed before you. Keep your wits about you or this thing that is coming will devour you. Don't get on the truck.

Until next time - Fern

  1. Your re-post is right on the money and could have been written today in the present. I'd suggest that there is one change since your wrote it though - people are more distracted by social media. They literally have their heads down all the time looking at their little screen - walking, driving, seems like everywhere I go.

Praying for the best though and some like minded people to be in my real life.
    Blessings, SJ in Vancouver

    1. SJ, Fern and I have commented about this for years. This phenomena is destroying communication between family members. A whole car load full of kids, an adult driving, and everybody is on their individual phone or game. I have seen kids in a classroom, when allowed, instead of talking to each other, would text each other, when they're sitting two feet apart. And some schools actually encourage this behavior as a means of technology development.

Social media is destroying true social contact. Where this is going? Who knows, but I cannot see a positive coming out of it. One more excellent example of the downfall of our society. People just don't care. Some do. I don't have an answer, and it seems like doom and gloom, but it's real.

Go to an outdoor sporting event and look at the number of people on their telephones. Go to church and look at the number of people hiding their phone and texting.

Again, I don't have an answer. We need leadership. Frank

  2. This article is just sad. It makes my stomach churn and my heart yearn for a better way. We're turning our backs on all the freedoms and dreams our forefathers worked for, fought and died for. They'll have to find me and if they do, I'll be kicking and screaming while they try to drag me to the truck!!

By the way, about 5 years ago I was chastised for saying that some people are just plain stupid. I was told that some people are simply ignorant because they don't know any better. I laughed and said, "No, they're stupid!" Stupid defined means, "having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense." Now tell me there aren't stupid people doing stupid things and then tell me why they are stupid. Some, but not as many as you think, are actually not intelligent but mostly people are lazy. They want someone else to think for them and make sense of things for them. With the world in the shape it is today, I'd say they are getting just what they desire!!! I keep wondering just how many of "them" there are because I'm not finding many of "us"!

    1. Hi Nina. Yes, there is a defined difference between ignorance and stupid. I do not know how to fly a jumbo jet. I am ignorant. Could I learn to fly a jumbo jet? Maybe. I am not stupid. Ignorant? Yes. Stupid? No.

I'm a retired school principal and I still follow these things. These are facts. The average IQ in our country is slowly dropping. The average used to be a 100 IQ. Some figures show the average IQ to now be at about 97. This pattern is continuing a downward trend. There are numerous reasons for this decline, too numerous to discuss here. But, as it declines the population that is dependent upon the government will continue to increase.

The population on the higher end of the IQ scale is decreasing. The higher side of the IQ is also having less children. The lower side of the IQ is having more children at government expense. IQ is generally, not always, but generally, an average of the two parents IQ. Higher IQ folks have higher IQ kids, they just have less kids. Lower IQ parents have lower IQ kids and they have more kids. The lower IQ folks are out breeding the higher IQ folks.

These are all generalities. The higher IQ folks have a higher income and pay more in taxes. The lower IQ folks earn less, and therefore pay less taxes. They are also more dependent on government, which gets the taxes from the higher IQ working people.

This pattern is impossible to sustain, and it has been since the mid 1960's with the passing of the Civil Rights Amendment, which effectively destroyed the upward mobility of the black population. Then the lower IQ white population joined in the benefits of the Civil Rights Amendment, which also destroyed any possibilities of growth.

This had an adverse affect on education to achieve equality, instead of raising the bar, the bar was lowered, then you have equality. As the average IQ continues to drop, the bar will continue to be lowered to achieve apparent equality.

Go into a hospital emergency room. Look around. Been into a city school lately? This equality issue is known by all, but at this time there is nothing that can be done about it, because no one is addressing it. We have no leadership and people are not able to talk about real issues due to created hostilities.

Take it for what it's worth. Food for thought. Frank

  3. I am astounded by just how dumb people seem to be today. (fully grokking the difference between stupid and ignorant) As a country we need to halt immigration. All of it both illegal and legal. The importation of low IQ peoples from around the third world will be our undoing. Perhaps it's even too late now. A perfect example is Rep. Omar from MN. The average Somali has an IQ of 68 according to online sources. And this person has been elected to a hugely powerful deliberative body with the ability to control much of our lives.

These sort of people infesting governments world wide should be frightening to everyone who can think for themselves.

When our politics, elections and the rejection of the results of elections look as they do today it is no wonder bright people do not seek political office.

Instead we get the stupid, broken, greedy and crazy standing for office.

I could go on but I know you and your readers get my point.

    1. Hello, TW. If there was a nail to be hit, you just smashed the head.

As you are aware, the vast majority of the immigrants coming into this country are from lower IQ nations. Legal and illegal. Most of our immigrants are not coming from Sweden, Germany, France - maybe I shouldn't include France in this group, the somewhat higher IQ countries. Most of the immigrants coming in now, and I stress most, are not doctors, engineers, auto mechanics. They are the unskilled, lower IQ group that has EBT etched on the palm of their hand. They fill up the maternity wards of our hospitals. If you go to a government assistance office, you will see a whole room of pregnant women with little kids from lower IQ countries.

This is a problem, but it's not the primary problem with IQ. We as a nation, studies show, that our homegrown, indigenous population is systematically breeding a lower IQ population, as mentioned earlier in an above comment. Add in the lower IQ immigrant and the system accelerates itself.

Moving on. Some of our recently elected representatives, as you mentioned, were elected by popular vote in their district. In the election coming up in two years, we will see a greater acceleration of this event as a precedence has now been established. This is our representative type system. You can't criticize them, if you do, it's a hate crime. This is not going to end well.

Intelligent people can see what is happening, but there's really nothing that can be done about it at this stage. This is just one more example of our system not working. This can only end one way.

Do I fear for the future? Absolutely. Is there anything that can truly be done about it? I don't think so. Yes, we can all pray and we can all hope, and we should pray and hope. But I train everyday, with windage and elevation. I know. I know beyond the shadow of a doubt what is coming.

Moving on again. I see your comment is from Dallas, Tx. I was born and raised in Dallas 69+ years ago. I used to look at property out in the country after I got out of the Army in 1971. What was then country, is now third generation ant hills. I was fortunately able to escape and have rarely ever gone back. And I doubt if I ever will go back again.

A few years back my wife and I used to fly quite a bit with our jobs. We would land at DFW. When I was a teenager, that whole massive area around DFW was farm land. No interstate highway system, no 635, I20, I30. Everything in that whole area was undeveloped farm land. Most of the little towns out there did not exist and they're now big towns.

Your comment was well thought and it was a comment to a comment. Thank you for reading and please come back any time. We need interaction with others. As Ol' Remus says, Avoid crowds. As Frank says, don't get on the bus.

Enjoy the beautiful weather. Frank Feral

  4. In my opinion, the primary reason that nobody so far is willing to rise up against tyranny today is because .gov is able to track our movements in real time due to surveillance cameras with face recognition software everywhere, and license plate readers everywhere. Not to mention Big Brother's ability to vacuum up all of your banking data and electronic communications. Your average patriot is not stupid. Nobody wants to go do the Army of One thing, and then find the cops waiting at your doorstep when you get home.

Imagine if Paul Revere went out to do his midnight ride, only to get taken out by a drone before he even reaches Lexington. Or think about the patriots at Concord sniping at British troops from behind trees and stone walls. Then about 36 hours later, each of them receiving a no-knock raid by a British SWAT team. Imagine our founding fathers plotting the revolution while quaffing ale or rum at the Green Dragon. Then imagine them and all of their other revolutionary associates being rolled up in one night by black clad operatives and spirited away in black carriages drawn by black horses, never to be seen again.

Faced with the all-seeing eye of Sauron that we have today, our founders would have been as hesitant to act as we are today. They would have had to proceed very differently, the same as today's Patriots will have to.

Eventually a tipping point will be reached. We are not there yet. But when it happens, as Matt Bracken points out, it will be Rwanda times Bosnia. That will be the time that a literal army of Dorners will be able to operate with relative impunity, because .gov will be so vastly out-numbered and out-gunned that all the cameras and drones in the world simply will not matter. Until then, no reasonably intelligent patriot wants to go out in a futile lone wolf gesture.

    1. Hello, George, thank you for helping continue the dialogue.

It is a different time and we have to play by different rules. The Reverend Jonas Clark could not function today as he did at Lexington and Concord. Times were different then, as times are always different, no matter where we are or what time frame we are in.

Your views are very correct. I know that's poor grammar, but it gets the point across. Some of us live in rural America. If I make a purchase on a credit card, I might as well be in New York City. If I buy something on the internet with a credit card and it's delivered by UPS, look at the multiple profiles that I was exposed to. Credit card, internet, UPS, it doesn't make any difference what the purchase was, it's logged, it's stored. That's in deep, rural America. Even if I pay cash, somebody at the big box store will see my face on a camera. There is no hiding.

This blog, for example, I have to be very careful what I say and how I say it. We, Fern and I, never advocate violence. We don't talk about military maneuvers, military equipment. I did one article a number of years back on farm type firearms, and they were farm type firearms. No ARs or AKs.

But we do try to instill creative thought, because thinking people, whether they can articulate it or not, feel and know that things are not good and they are not right. Our government is the enemy and if you believe that our government will never turn on the people, then the people have not been paying attention to history. Our government has turned on the people several times. We did an article about it recently.

You referenced the tipping point. I have thought for years we were past the tipping point. I don't understand how we are still functioning as a country. There are many people much smarter than I that feel the same way. I do wish there could be some type of leadership. People should be afraid to meet and discuss these items. Use Randy Weaver as a small example. He was a pawn in a small game and his family was overwhelmed by federal agents. There is no legal recourse. The old saying, "You can't fight city hall." put that on the scale of the federal government. I wish I had words of encouragement, but standing on a street corner spewing what you think will get you the Vince Foster treatment.

I hope you enjoy this site. We talk about cheese, oatmeal, radios and survival from a prepper perspective, and the good life, hard work. Thank you for your comment.

  5. I sometime believe we have the attention span of a fruit fly. When kids and grandmas were first groped at airports, we wrote rants on the subject. Everybody was talking about it, saying how awful it was. And shortly after that it was accepted as just part of the air travel experience. Nobody did anything about it.

That seems to be the standard procedure with each new travesty or assault on our rights. We raise hell and then forget about it. Nobody ever does anything about it.

Thing is, I haven't a clue what to do about it. Any of it. I get my little soapbox out now and then and write about whatever the latest atrocity is. And then I kick my soapbox back into the corner until something else ticks me off. I am no better than the 'Nobody' who does nothing.

It is frustrating. I guess there is one thing I do know for sure. "Gentle into that good night" I will not go.

    1. Vicki, we all have fits of rage, that's normal, then we calm down and go about our daily life. We can't fight every battle, we have to choose carefully the sword we want to die on. So, is rage a bad thing? Nah.

Some day enough rage will spark a fire, and the fire will burn and spread. Have no fear of darkness, it is also normal and natural.

Thank you for the reminder. Keep your soap box near. Frank

  6. Fern and Frank, I'm a little behind responding to your posts...

I absolutely think the blanket you made for your mom is such a great idea. I do hope you will let us know more about how she responds to it. It most assuredly was made with purpose and love.

Second, I hope you will continue with your reposting of older posts. I am not surprised that they are as relevant today as when you first shared them. What has surprised me is how quickly we are deterior-
ating. It only took 10 years for Venezuala to go from a thriving, vibrant economy and lifestyle to where it is today. Those that think it will never happen here are extremely "stupid" and delusional. They vote based on their selfish wants and lying politicians that promise they will make it happen. No thought is given. Rather it's about their "feelings" instead.

After 9-11, our county seemed to work together and focus on staying strong as a nation. But as Vicki, pointed out, we have very short memories. Unfortunately, it may take another terrible event to bring people to their senses. Even that may no longer be possible, given the lack of thinking skills being taught and low IQ population invading our country today.

Please continue posting and providing such a valuable venue for expression of our thoughts. I know of no leadership capable of giving any better direction. Thanking God we didn't get "B-hillary"!

    Stay strong...CW

    1. Hi, CW. Yes, the blanket was made with a heavy dose of love, and we will let you know how it was received and if it helped.

Moving to Venezuela, of course it can happen here. It is happening here. There is talk about how great things are, but it's not great from what I can see. It's only great from what I hear. People I know are still having their jobs cut, hours shortened, less pay. Maybe it's just the part of the country I live in. I wish we didn't have to have a reminder of a 9/11 nature. We shouldn't have to be reminded. Maybe we will go the way of Venezuela, I don't know, but I sure hope not.

But today, here, it is a beautiful sunny day. We've had lots of cloudy days and rain lately. But I still keep an umbrella near, it's going to rain again. We need to be prepared, no matter how bad the storm is, it will pass, and some will survive.

As the BOY Scouts used to say, be prepared. Frank

  7. Yes, good ,honest, caring leadership is really missing on the world stage and within our own country. Viktor Orban in Hungary comes to mind , but he is only one and we need many more than that to plug the leaks in the sinking ships of state.
As mentioned above , most of our population is Stupid, oooh the truth hurts but I think it is so. How do you fix stupid ? I'm not sure it is possible , nor do I have the time .
We pray for the best and prepare for the worst. People do not want to heed the advice of the sheepdogs, it makes them uncomfortable. Fortunately God has given us choices, but we must live with them .

    1. I like Viktor Orban and I like the wall he built. Similar in nature to the one they built in Israel. A good quality fence would do quite well along our border, that would keep out the vast majority of the folks. Sure it would need to be repaired and maintained.

We also need to change the immigration laws. But first we need the politicians with the courage to do what the people want them to do.

And, Bluesman, it is a play on words, but you can't fix stupid. It is not possible. The old saying is, 'Stupid is as stupid does.' But remember, stupid can carry a pitchfork or a spear. They can be very dangerous. Look at the invasions of the Chinese during the Korean conflict. They are out breeding the intelligent. If one technique doesn't work, time will prevail.

Study Gramsci, it's what they've been doing for the last 50 or so years. Years ago, I didn't think it could get worse, but it has. And apparently, it's going to continue to get worse. It's not just the immigrants, how do you fix stupid in Congress? How do you fix stupid in government?

I try not to worry about 'them'. I can't fix 'them'. But I can fix me. I pay attention. I keep my body in shape. You take care.

      Frank Feral

  8. Frank ,
Yup, stupid can carry a weapon and be dangerous as well as unpredictable . I try to avoid stupids. I read the Wikipedia writing about Gramsci . I agree , that is what has been going on in this country through the educational system, controlled media , T V , movies and the political weasels. A courageous politician is a very rare bird , most of them are vultures.
I try not to worry about them either , but I do try and keep aware of what they are doing.I also try , when there is opportunity , to throw some "thought seeds" out to folks.
Stay warm and healthy and thanks for your site.

    1. Bluesman - "thought seeds" - do you mind if I use that? It just sounds classier than the term brain fart. I have used the term food for thought, but I like that, "thought seeds".

So, what's your opinion of the long term coming? There's a lot of things we can't change, schools are one of them. We can't change the churches, they are that way by choice. We can't change the hate spewing from both sides of the aisle.

I don't blame the people coming here to get a better life. I'm primarily Irish, and the Irish are considered to be a lower form of life in many cultures. I know they were human fodder for the Civil War. That's the way Vietnam looked from a black perspective. I just don't blame folks for coming here. I blame our government. If they don't want people coming here, then stop them. Quit talking and do something. But that's not going to happen either.

I'd like to know what you think and others think, what's coming soon, in the next couple of years, and what I'll call the distant future, maybe ten years, twenty years.

I appreciate reading your comments, thank you. Frank

    2. Frank,
Use "thought seeds" as often as you wish, no royalties involved, heh heh.
lMHO ,long term ahead will be extremely unpleasant for all but the wealthy and ruling class. We are members of neither. I see inflation, shortages of stuff, gun confiscation, more wars and civil unrest as examples .Perhaps this is a good time to set a few things aside for a bumpy ride, hmmm .
I agree , education is gone , it is indoctrination.
In the book of Revelation Christ speaks of 7 churches. He seems pleased with only one church, Philadelphia . That is only 14% of the Christian believers. Does that mirror the Christian churches of today ?
Immigration is a mess in America . Looking at what has transpired in Europe over the last few years is very telling about the hazards of diluting the core population of a country. If an immigrant does not want to assimilate , I do not want them here in my country. We obviously have a tremendous vacuum in the leadership department of our country.
Hatred is an excellent weapon used to divide people into controlable groups. Poor vs. rich , white vs. black , women vs. men and so on . I believe it is a key tool in the Communist playbook and it is being used very well at this time in our country .
Good advice from Ol Remus , stay away from crowds.
      Blessings on your journey,

    3. Bluesman, thank you for your thoughts and your reply.

My feelings are very similar to yours, which would lead me to believe that there are many others that feel the same way. A lot of people won't talk about things like this, maybe I shouldn't be either. But if I don't talk about it, then I feel very alone and isolated. Some people allude to it. I avoid the really hostile sites, fear on my own part, I guess.

Everything you mentioned above, I agree with. I can't comment on the book of Revelation. Fern and I have tried to read it several times and I just can't grasp what it's trying to say. It's kind of like the book of Isaiah, both books are above my level of understanding. But just because I don't understand something doesn't mean that other people don't understand it.

I do believe it will get dicey. I have felt this way for almost 50 years now. That's a long time to be on the wrong side of the fence in all conversations. So, we'll see. Thank you again.

    4. Frank,
We are not just two old guys that fell outta the boat, there are a lot of people in the boat of the same persuasion I believe. There is no sense in being the nail sticking up that needs hammered down, that is just common sense .
The book of Revelation is a book that is difficult to understand , I agree. Jesus says in the book that those who read it will be blessed . It is the last of 66 books and it is important to have a good understanding of the previous 65 in order to grasp what is being said in book 66. Using a study Bible helped me to gain more understanding. I use one by Dr. John McArthur, it has helped me a lot.
      Blessings to you both,

  9. I will say President Trump is actually doing things a leader should. What does he get for this but shot by his cowardly placating "Fellow" Republicans. I do so enjoy these posts. Terrific thought provoking and needed to be read by more people.

    1. Hi Fiona. Honestly? Trump was not my first choice of Republicans and I am shocked and surprised by the good job he is doing. He seems to be surviving in adverse conditions, and I'm not talking about the Democrats, I'm talking about the Republicans. I hope he survives the next two years, figuratively and literally.

An odd statement here. They, whoever they are, is not going to allow Trump to be successful. We're going to see a false flag, black swan event and it may cause the dominoes to fall.

Fiona, don't trust anyone outside of whisper range.

  10. I've come late in this discussion. I just realized that y'all were back on the web thru WRSA. I, too like the term "thought seeds". I also like the term some of our folks use. The term is "dirt people". There are only two types of people, the elite and dirt people. As much as most people want to sing "Kum by yah", it's not going to happen. It's us against them whether it thoughts, morals or just living. I so appreciate you coming back from the grave. Your blog, WRSA, and a few others reinforce that we do have a chance or at least to be able to not bow down.
