Name One Good Leader

Frank and I were having a discussion over lunch today involving the immigrant invasion in Europe. Frank asked me how the leaders of these countries could continue to make such poor decisions. Decisions that will ultimately lead to the demise of their countries and populations. My response? Name one good leader of one country in the world. We couldn't think of any.

Name one leader that is making sound financial decisions.

Name one leader that is protecting the rights and freedoms of the citizens.

Name one country that is making decisions that are boosting free enterprise and the independent businessman.

Name one country that is providing healthy food that is not laced with pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and GMO poison producing seeds.

Name one country that has enough jobs.

Name one country that has maintained it's infrastructure so that it can withstand the onslaught of population growth.

Name one country that can produce enough food to feed it's people.

Name one country that can withstand a major cyber attack of it's electrical grid, financial institutions or military infrastructure.

Name one country that gets along with all the other countries.

Name one leader that is not a power hungry, control freak.

Name one country where the freedom of the people has increased instead of decreased over the last decade.

Name one country where bigotry and hatred has not increased over the last few years.

Name one country where privacy has not been given away in the name of protection and security.

Name one country where the leaders have not done all in their power to disarm the populace.

Name one country where the government doesn't have an us against them (the people) attitude.

Name one...........

I wish we could.

Where does this leave us? We have yet to find out, but it won't be long. It really doesn't matter who the leaders are anymore. They all belong to the same club, drive the same cars, eat the same food and spout the same mantra. Some of them try to put their own special, personal twist on the message, but it's all the same. Everything else is a distraction. You have to dig down really deep to get beyond all of the everyday lies and deception to see what is happening to the world. What you uncover is unbelievable, gets worse every minute of every day, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do but watch it unfold and try to prepare for a survival scenario of unknown origin. Don't be fooled by the stupidity and distractions placed before you. Keep your wits about you or this thing that is coming will devour you. Don't get on the truck.

Until next time - Fern

  4. The terrifying thing is right when we need strong leaders there is a plethora of professional politicians who do not truly understand leadership of a strong and moral kind! Men who will do what must be done not what garners the highest points in popularity polls.

  5. I honestly don't think it much matters any more who is in office, especially in our own country. In my opinion, politicians are already bought and paid for and owe their allegiance to those with the money and not to those they are supposed to represent. For years, it seems, we have been voting for the lesser of two evils. Which is still voting for evil. I know there is nothing I can do except follow the very best advice which is the last sentence in your post. "Don't get on the truck."

All of the proposed political solutions I've heard coming from Washington and the current crop of presidential candidates are worthless. Only a very few ideas presented carry merit (Rand Paul, Ted Cruz). In total, it's pointless. We have become a welfare nation in debt up to our eyeballs, and an economy too weak to withstand any attempts to raise interest rates. Our freedoms have been eroded, and we might as well just start calling ourselves socialist Europe. I'm starting to think the conclusion of the 299 Days series by Glenn Tate presents the only optimal solution.

    1. Disturbing but it seems the status quo is not working. The misunderstanding of Democracy compared to Republic has cost us greatly!
I read an explanation on comapring Democracy to Republic goes like this.
A man robs a bank..he is chased by a posse and they catch him. In Democracy or majority rule the posse votes and the majority say hang so he hangs for his crime. Now a man robs a bank in a Republic and the posse chases him, they catch him but Republic is run by rule of law so he gets taken back to town to be judged by his peers. We forget this is a Great Republic. Right now it seems we are being run by mob rule, whoever yells the loudest gets wha he wants and people are afraid to beleive in the basic tenants of a Republic! The leaders cannot come to the fore because they say what we NEED to hear not what garners the popular vote.

  7. We , the U.S. , have slowly been formed into a controllable herd of dim witted ostriches . There are exceptions of course , but probably 95% of the herd will fit into that group , with their head firmly implanted in a dark hole . Unless a few million people come up for air things won't change , just continue to get worse .
Voting a new player into the political cesspool will not change the game , only a player . The game itself has to change in order to revert back to the type of country this once was a long long time ago .
The Constitution must be brought back into use and the liberties and freedoms restored , I don't think that is going to happen any time in the foreseeable future . My God, I sure dislike even thinking these things , let alone writing them down .It breaks my heart at the mess that my great grand daughters are being handed .
If one is a " believer" then you know the pattern of events that will be played out according to God"s will and plan . It is not going to get better , it is going to get a lot worse before the return of Christ .
Prepare and plan for the worst , keep the Lord in focus and foremost in your life . Try and educate others to open their eyes to upcoming events . This is a time of Thanksgiving in this country, and we have much to be thankful for , but we also need to be aware of the dark clouds on the horizon that are blowing our way !
I've rambled enough , I am thankful for this blog site , blessings to all .

  9. The title says......Name One Good Leader. Mine is not political though. Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior is mine. He's the only one that I follow that I know will do me no harm and has my best interest at heart, is always with me and will not lead me astray and loves me dearly and at the end of it all, He gives me eternal life in His presence forever. No one can top that! NO ONE.......

  10. Iceland seems to be doing better than most countries. They put banksters in jail. Their people are well taken care of. No homeless. Better education, medical care, etc... Have very strict immigration. A very polite society. I am hoping they can remain so.

  12. I recommend Czechoslovakia and Austria and Poland. The first EU Pres was Czech and he spoke out against this madness. Poland also has a lot of wise, old souls who grew up under communism and are still fighting against the socialism in the world. Wish I could remember their names! So frustrating.

Remember, to say there are no wise leaders means a couple of things, that we have killed off or marginalized the ones that are there or that God has not sent us any. I believe that God has sent us leaders but we are not listening to them.
